Working With Children Check

WWCC

A state or territory check for people who work with children. It is separate from the NDIS Worker Screening Check and has different names in different states.

NDIS Worker Screening CheckA national check, run by state and territory screening units, on whether a person poses a risk to people with disability.
Support workerA person who provides hands-on help to participants, such as personal care, community access or household tasks.
