Worker screening in New South Wales

An NDIS Worker Screening Check is applied for through the worker screening unit in the state or territory where the worker applies. In New South Wales that is:

For the Verified support worker badge, Goodo asks for the clearance number, state or territory and expiry date. We review the evidence you give us. We cannot query the national screening database ourselves, so please tell us within 2 business days if your clearance changes.

Working with children in New South Wales? The relevant check is separate: Working With Children Check (Office of the Children's Guardian). Goodo records it when provided, but it is not currently needed for any badge.
